Casa del Colibrí is more than an apartment — it's an intimate corner in the heart of Zona Romántica where Puerto Vallarta feels like yours. Traditional Mexican style with modern comforts: talavera floors, artisan tile, wooden details and mini-split A/C in every bedroom. A ten-minute walk to Playa Los Muertos and steps from the best restaurants, galleries and sunsets of Vallarta. The layout is semi-open, spacious and bright. Two independent bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom: one King and one Queen, both with very comfortable beds (guests often mention sleeping great), linens, clean towels and basic toiletries. The fully equipped kitchen has a stove, fridge, microwave and utensils, plus filtered drinking water always available. In-home details include washer and dryer, hair dryer, iron and even sunscreen for when you forget. Relax on the hallway-style terrace with the soft sound of the stream that runs beneath the building, cool off in the shared pool on the 2nd floor — with only 4 units in Bugambilia Blanca you'll usually have it to yourself — and end the day on the rooftop watching the sun turn the bay orange.

You'll have private access to the full 2-bedroom apartment (King + Queen, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, living, dining and private balcony/terrace) plus shared use of the building pool and rooftop. Only 4 units in the whole building — quiet neighbors and calm common areas. Check-in is coordinated directly with Olivia via WhatsApp at least 72 hours in advance.
The location
In Bugambilia Blanca, on the edge between Zona Romántica and Amapas — a 10-minute walk (about 6 blocks) to Playa Los Muertos and steps from the restaurants, cafés, bars and galleries of Puerto Vallarta's most vibrant neighborhood. The building is near Highway 200 (Carretera 200), a busy road: most guests describe the apartment as quiet, but tropical birds, roosters, dogs and occasional traffic are part of the experience. This is not a beachfront property, and there is no on-site reception or luggage storage.

Olivia provided amazing recommendations and was so helpful and responsive. It was a quick walk downhill to the beach and heart of the Zona Romántica. From there we were able to walk to the malecón in minutes. We used MicheChavas as our point of reference when it came to getting our Uber and taking our Uber back. I would absolutely stay here again!"

Es un lugar con muchas escaleras, solo para que lo consideren personas con movilidad limitada, pero de verdad muy recomendable para estar a gusto lejos de ruidos del centro de Vallarta pero lo suficientemente cerca para irte caminando. ¡Sin duda regresaría!"

There are only 3 other apartments in the building, so it was perfect for our dog who might have barked if other people had to walk past the door. The place has very comfortable beds, which was a big plus for me as I have a bad back at times. The apartment is walkable from the Zona Romántica within 10–15 mins, but it is up a hill."
