Vacation rentals cared for by Olivia — book direct, no middlemen.
Playa del Carmen is the perfect launchpad for the Riviera Maya: Caribbean beach, Quinta Avenida on foot, and an hour by car from Tulum, jungle cenotes and the Cobá ruins. It's the ideal base if this is your first time in the area and you want to see it all without repacking every two days.
Our two villas — Villa Ceiba Jacuzzi and Villa Ceiba Piscina — are two separate, standalone houses on the same corner in Playa's Centro, at Calle 45 Norte and 2 Norte Bis, a 10–15 minute walk from Quinta Avenida and the sea. Each has its own garden, full kitchen and that quiet you rarely find in Playa unless you step slightly off center. Book one or both — they fit large families or two couples traveling together.
Ten-minute walk to Quinta Avenida, Playa's pedestrian heart. Restaurants, markets and the beach around the corner.
One villa with its own pool, the other with a jacuzzi. Both with garden, palapa and outdoor breakfast bar.
Cobá, Cenote Azul, Gran Cenote, Tulum and Xel-Há are all between 40 and 90 minutes by car.
Puerto Morelos, Cozumel and the cenotes offer some of the best dive sites in the hemisphere.
Yes. Villa Ceiba Jacuzzi and Villa Ceiba Piscina are booked separately; you can also take both if you're traveling with a large group.
About a 10–15 minute walk to both. Walkable but far enough to sleep in silence.
Possible between April and September — it's a regional phenomenon affecting the whole Riviera Maya, not just Playa. We share updated reports before your arrival.
