Welcome to your home away from home! Our ground-floor apartment offers direct access to the pool and is steps from our private beach. It has 3 comfortable bedrooms: one with a King-size bed and private bathroom, another with a Queen-size bed, and a third with two twin beds, plus a shared bathroom. NO SEA VIEW. Maximum capacity 6 people. Relax on the pool-view terrace, perfect for sunrise, or unwind in the saltwater pool with jacuzzi. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, toaster, fridge and induction cooktop (no oven; this is not a chef's kitchen). Free WiFi (remember it's an island — it can occasionally fail), air conditioning and a cleaning service every 7 nights. Located in the quiet Condominios Puerta al Mar, steps from Playa Pescador with direct access. A few minutes away are Playa Paraíso and Playa Lancheros, local restaurants and activities such as snorkeling, tours and bike or golf-cart rentals.

Guest access
The apartment is our personal retreat in Isla Mujeres, and we share it with our guests. You'll have full access to all 3 bedrooms, the terrace, the equipped kitchen and the common areas: pool, jacuzzi and private beach with loungers.
The location
Condominios Puerta al Mar, with direct access to a small private beach ideal for relaxing and sunbathing. Due to its layout it isn't always ideal for long-distance swimming; for that we recommend the pool or beaches like Playa Norte and the downtown beach in Isla Mujeres. Getting around the island is easy by golf cart, scooter, bike, taxi or public transport. From the condo to downtown or Playa Norte is about 10–15 minutes by vehicle.

Refundable deposit
Refundable cash deposit (MXN) at check-in: $2,000 MXN for stays under 4 nights and $4,000 MXN for stays of 4+ nights.
Identity
Photo ID required for all guests.
No smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Guests who violate this policy will be charged a penalty equal to the cost of 10 nights of their reservation, regardless of the length of their stay.
